Christine Lauterbach, Atlanta magazine's dining critic, says that chef and co-owner Riccardo Ullio's Sotto Sotto is quietly asserting itself as the restaurant to have come on the scene last year. Why? "It demonstrates the beauty and simplicity of real Italian food," Lauterbauch says. "Ullio's cooking is a revelation to Atlantans who are used to an Americanized version of Italian cuisine.
